Advantage
① Close Dimension Tolerance
The tolerance uniformity above each piece of bar can be controlled within 4um (0.004mm).
② High Straightness
General requirements of the bar straightness is strictly controlled within 0.03mm for 500mm length.
③ High Brightness
The surface condition is very smooth and uniform, the finish is controlled at Ra0.4 and the bar surface is free of trachoma, thread or scratch.
④ Length Customizable
The length can be customized according to the requirements and application, which reduce the cost for customers.
⑤ Degaussing Treatment
The SS bars are degaussing processed, high multiple degaussing coil to avoid the trouble to it’s application.
⑥ Inspection of Advantage
Online dimension inspection, spot checking by QA during the production. Each batch of production must be strictly guaranteed to the requirements from customer.
